This is the seat for a leader, not a passenger. You run the Mirrorline sales floor: every Strategist, every Pathfinder, every number. You coach the calls, run the huddles and turn good closers into great ones. You answer directly to Bryan for the floor's results, and in return you earn 5% of every sale the floor closes.

We're faith-driven, honest on every call and we only enroll people we can actually help. Your floor follows your example.
Pay
5% of every sale the floor closes.
Not just your sales. Every enrollment any Strategist closes pays you 5% of the program fee, on top of their pay, never out of it. A $10,000 enrollment pays you $500. Build a floor that closes, and your check reflects it.

Performance-based, as an independent contractor, with no base salary. Paid every Friday for the week before, once the client's payment has cleared. If a payment is later refunded or disputed, the override on it comes out of a later payout.
Your day
What you'll do.
- Run the daily team huddle: numbers, wins and one skill
- Review recorded calls and give every Strategist clear feedback
- Role-play objections and tighten the script with your team
- Track team KPIs in the Looking Glass and fix problems early
- Onboard and ramp new Strategists and Pathfinders
- Step in on big calls when your team needs backup
What you need
What we look for.
- 2+ years in high-ticket sales, with at least 1 year leading or coaching a team
- You can close, and you can teach someone else to close
- You know network marketing: you've built in it, sold to it or coached in it
- You hold people accountable without crushing them
- You're coachable, competitive and hungry, and you've got a reason that gets you up early
- Bonus: you know CRMs, KPIs and how to read a dashboard

Who will I be leading?
Our Mirrorline Strategists, who run the sales calls, and our Mirrorline Pathfinders, who book them. You'll coach both.
How am I paid?
5% of the program fee on every sale the floor closes, paid every Friday for the week before once the client's payment has cleared. A $10,000 enrollment pays you $500.
Is there a base salary?
No. It's performance-based, as an independent contractor. If you need a base salary, this seat isn't the right fit right now.
Do I need network marketing experience?
You need to know that world: built a team in it, sold to network marketers or coached them. Many of our clients come from it.
Who do I answer to?
Directly to Bryan. You own the floor's numbers and you'll review them with him every week. High standards, real support.
Will I still sell?
Your main job is leading the team. You'll step in on big calls when your team needs backup.
Do I need to share Mirrorline's faith?
No. Everyone is welcome to apply. We're a faith-driven team, and if your faith shapes how you live and lead, tell us. It's a big plus.
What happens after I apply?
