Mirrorline Strategists don't chase. Every call on your calendar is someone who already bought the Obsidian Technique, did their homework and was qualified by a Pathfinder before they ever reached you. You diagnose their business, show them the plan and enroll the ones who fit. Then you get paid every Friday.

No cold leads
Every prospect bought a product, filled out homework and was screened by a Pathfinder. You walk into calls with people who already want help.
Tools that do the heavy lifting
The Gap Sheet and Leverage Calculator walk prospects through their own numbers. The Looking Glass sends the invoice the second they say yes.
Your rate climbs with you
Sell more in a week and the higher rate applies to the whole week, not just the extra. Big weeks pay big.
A team with values
We're faith-driven, honest on every call, and we only enroll people we can actually help. You'll never have to sell something you don't believe in.
Pay
10% to 20% of your weekly sales.
Your rate is set by your total sales for the week (Monday to Sunday) and applies to the whole week. A $10,000 enrollment pays you $1,000 at the starting rate.

Commission only, as an independent contractor. Paid every Friday for the week before, once the client's payment has cleared. If a payment is later refunded or disputed, the commission on it comes out of a later payout.

A strong Strategist runs 5 to 10 qualified prospects a week and enrolls 1 or 2, at $5,000 to $15,000 each. Here's what that pays on our weekly sliding scale.

Pathfinders earn 5% of every sale they set: $250 to $750 per enrollment, on top of the Strategist's pay, never out of it.

- Run 2 to 5 booked strategy calls a day on Zoom
- Review each prospect's homework before the call
- Use the Gap Sheet and Leverage Calculator to walk them through their own numbers
- Send the invoice from the Looking Glass when they say yes
- Send the follow-up email the same day, and log your numbers
What you need
What we look for.
- 1+ year closing high-ticket offers ($3,000 and up) by phone or Zoom
- You can lead a 45 to 60 minute conversation and ask for the decision
- At least 25 hours a week, available during U.S. business hours
- A quiet space, a reliable connection, a computer and a webcam

Do I have to find my own leads?
No. Pathfinders book qualified prospects onto your calendar. Your job is to run the call and enroll the right people.
How and when do I get paid?
Every Friday for the week before, once the client's payment has cleared. Your rate (10%, 15% or 20%) is set by your total sales that week and applies to the whole week.
Is there a base salary?
No. It's commission only, as an independent contractor. If you need a base salary, this seat isn't the right fit right now.
What tools will I use?
Zoom for calls, the Gap Sheet and Leverage Calculator during the call, and the Looking Glass for your deals, invoices and the Playbook.
Do I need to share Mirrorline's faith?
No. Everyone is welcome to apply. We're a faith-driven team, and if your faith shapes how you live and work, tell us. It's a big plus.
What happens after I apply?
Bryan personally reviews every application and interview. If it's a fit, you'll hear back about next steps.
