Mirrorline Pathfinders are where every enrollment starts. You call people who already raised their hand by taking our audit, buying the Obsidian Technique or joining our list. You find out where their business stands, show them the gap and put the right ones on a Strategist's calendar, ready to talk.

You're calling audit takers, product buyers and list subscribers, not random numbers from a phone book.
A script that works
The Pathfinder Script keeps every call to 12 to 15 minutes and tells you exactly what to ask and when to book.
You don't have to close
Book the call, lock in the homework, and a Strategist handles the sale. You earn 5% on top of their pay, never out of it.

We're faith-driven, honest on every call and we only book people we can actually help. You'll be proud of the work.
Pay
5% of every sale you set.
You earn 5% of the program fee on every appointment you set that a Strategist enrolls, paid weekly. A $10,000 enrollment from your booking pays you $500.
Commission only, as an independent contractor. Paid every Friday for the week before, once the client's payment has cleared. If a payment is later refunded or disputed, the commission on it comes out of a later payout.

What you need

- Experience with phone sales, appointment setting or customer service
- You're comfortable making 60+ calls a day and hearing no
- At least 25 hours a week, available during U.S. business hours
- A quiet space, a reliable connection and a computer

Do I need sales experience?
Phone sales, appointment setting or customer service experience helps. The Pathfinder Script and training cover the rest.
Do I have to close deals?
No. You book qualified people onto a Strategist's calendar and make sure they show up ready. The Strategist runs the sales call.
How and when do I get paid?
5% of the program fee on every appointment you set that a Strategist enrolls. Paid every Friday for the week before, once the client's payment has cleared.
Is there a base salary?
No. It's commission only, as an independent contractor. If you need a base salary, this seat isn't the right fit right now.
Do I need to share Mirrorline's faith?
No. Everyone is welcome to apply. We're a faith-driven team, and if your faith shapes how you live and work, tell us. It's a big plus.
What happens after I apply?
Bryan personally reviews every application and interview. If it's a fit, you'll hear back about next steps.
