Who we are

Mirrorline Marketing ("Mirrorline", "we", "us") runs mirrorlinemarketing.com. If you have any question about this policy or your information, email bryan@mirrorlinemarketing.com.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you take the Mirrorline Audit, apply for a Mirrorline Strategy Session, fill out a contact or prep form, or email us, we collect what you enter: usually your name, email, phone (if you add it), business name, industry, and your answers.
• Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, the amount paid and a purchase reference so we can deliver what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
• How you use the site. Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies or similar technology to understand which pages are visited, where visitors come from and which actions they take (for example, finishing the audit or making a purchase).

How we use it

• To send you your audit results, your purchase and anything else you asked for.
• To reply to you and to prepare for calls you book with us.
• To send occasional emails with marketing and sales tips. Every email has a way to unsubscribe, or just reply and ask.
• To measure and improve our website, content and advertising.

Analytics and advertising tools

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We may also use advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure our ads and show them to people likely to find them useful. These tools may collect information such as your device, browser, pages visited and approximate location. You can learn more and opt out through Google's opt-out tool and your Meta ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, such as our website host, Stripe (payments), our email provider, our scheduling and customer-management tools, and the analytics and advertising tools above, and only as needed for them to do that job. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and tick the box agreeing to texts, Mirrorline Marketing may send you text messages about the free resources you asked for, follow-ups, and our products and services. You'll get up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is never required to get anything from us or to buy anything.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. You can also email bryan@mirrorlinemarketing.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone else for their marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates, except with the service that sends our texts for us, only so it can deliver them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we have a reason to: to serve you, to keep business and tax records, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Email bryan@mirrorlinemarketing.com and we will take care of it.

Children

This website is for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
